Returns & Refunds Policy:
Returns:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed condition. Opened or tampered items can only be accepted if they are defective. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Where return shipping applies, refunds will be completed after the item has been received and inspected.
